Please fill out the appropriate form below depending on what type of order you would like to place. Once you have submitted a form, we will review it and respond within 48 hours.

Order availability may dependent on pick-up/delivery dates as not all dates are available to us. Your order is verified by us once we send you a finalized invoice, and is confirmed once payment is made. Depending on what items you purchase and how much your total is will depend on how much deposit is due to confirm your order. Details about these deposits are explained further.

All orders are available for free pick-up or small fee delivery. Delivery pricing will hold a base fee of $5 and $0.25 per mile. Exact location for pick-up and exact fee for delivery will be provided after final transaction if confirmed. 

Deposit amount will be provided when we send the final invoice. Deposits are only refundable up until 7 days before delivery/pick-up date. Full payment is due at time of delivery/pick-up.
